Eligibility for Refunds
At MiraBijou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
- The original packaging is intact and undamaged
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note that personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be refunded unless defective.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable"
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Natural stones with variations considered normal characteristics
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all certificates, authenticity cards, and accessories
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be at our expense
International Returns
For international orders:
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
